One of Toronto’s narrowest homes up for sale
For $750,000, you can buy a three-story detached house in downtown Toronto, but there’s a small issue — it’s just eight-feet wide.
The home, located at 383 Shuter St. in Regent Park, is one of the narrowest dwellings in Toronto with the walls brushing against the property lines.
“It has architectural character,“ said owner George Samaras, who’s married with a nine-year-old son.
Billed as “one of a kind” and “simply special” in the listing, it includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms and common living spaces. There’s even a sauna.
“A few friends of mine saw it lately and they said, ‘Wow, what did you do here?’ They couldn’t believe I [could do] so much in this small of a house,” Samaras said, quickly insisting “it’s not small actually, it’s big.”
