Airport cabbies prepared to make some noise: Unifor
Unifor national president Jerry Dias said the union representing Ottawa cabbies is prepared to “get people’s attention” with their next move after Monday night’s negotiations with the airport authority and Coventry Connections broke down.
“We can’t sit back and leave people on the picket lines for the rest of their lives. We have to find a solution,” he said, eluding to a possible new protest technique that he wouldn’t elaborate on.
