Video shows cabbie harassing Uber customer at Ottawa train station
“I’m telling you ma’am, I’m calling police. You will be in trouble. Take your stuff, come in a regular taxi.”
Imagine that’s your welcome to Ottawa after you get off a train.
Another guerrilla cabbie video has been posted online, but this time the taxi driver taking the video is trying to shame Uber customers.
“This is your face. I’m calling the police right now. Uber is illegal in Ottawa,” the cabbie tells two females who apparently ordered an Uber to the Via Rail station on Tremblay Rd.
“I don’t know, I don’t know,” one of the confused females says.
“You will be in trouble, I promise you,” the cabbie says.
The cabbie then notes that the Uber driver was picking up customers at a “private station,” likely the taxi stand at the train station.
“She’s refusing to come with you,” the cabbie tells the Uber driver.
