Wednesday’s weather forecast is a scary sight with a high of just 10 C and strong winds, according to CBC Ottawa climatologist Ian Black.

Ian says the wind gusts will reach 40 kilometres per hour at times as clouds fill the sky, leading to a 30 per cent chance of rain in the morning.
There is good news: the afternoon will bring clear skies just like Tuesday.
Tonight’s forecast calls for clouds, some light winds and a low of just 2 C with a risk of frost.
Thursday’s forecast calls for more clouds with a 60-per-cent chance of showers, plus a risk of a thunderstorm in the afternoon and wind gusts up to 40 km/h. The high is expected to be 14 C.
