Broncos, Browns set for ol’ time revival meeting
The Denver Broncos are undefeated in five starts in a division where nobody else has won more than twice.
The Browns have two wins, in a division with a leader that sits at 5-0.
So, when the two meet Sunday, this should be a cakewalk for the Broncos.
Except the Browns are showing signs of a Lazarus-like awakening from the deep-dirt nap. So perhaps, this won’t be as one-sided as the records might indicate. If last week was about the Bengals winning a “statement game” against Seattle, this week the division-rival Browns can prove they’re no longer wall-flowers at the NFL dance party.
The Browns have one of the 10 toughest schedules in the league this season. But with Josh McCown playing more like vintage Peyton Manning, than Manning himself, Cleveland has been better than many expected.
