Valley victims deserve answers

Before three women were slain last month outside Ottawa, the man now charged with their murders had refused to sign a probation order to stay away from one of the victims.
Basil Borutski had been found by a court to have choked Anastasia Kuzyk. He was sentenced to 19 months in jail. This followed jail time for assaulting Nathalie Warmerdam and threatening to kill a family pet.
