Gatineau man charged with terrorism offence
A Gatineau man, arrested last week, has now been charged with a terrorism offence.
Ismail Habib, 28, of Gatineau has been charged with attempting to leave the country to participate in an activity of a terrorist group.
Habib was originally arrested on charges of criminal harassment, uttering threats and forging documents.
Habib is being held in custody, pending a court appearance in Montreal.
