‘Ottawa’ SHERRING: High-Tech Glasses ‘Life-Changing’ For Man
One day soon, Shawn Brown is getting the gift of sight.
Imagine.
And when his new glasses arrive, he knows exactly what he wants to do — sit his three children down and just look at them.
There’s Madi, 12, Hunter, 9, and the baby of the family Laeila, just 4.
And with the glasses on, he’ll actually be able to see them, instead of the undefined images he’s had to date.
“It’s all overwhelming, absolutely life-changing,” Brown said Thursday in an interview with the Sun. “Just life-changing.”
Brown was born with an eye condition called ocular cutaneous albinism. He can see images, forms, but little or no definition.
