RedBlacks O-lineman are close and making a difference
While the praise is getting tossed around for the Ottawa RedBlacks receivers, running backs and quarterback, not much is heard about the beef — the team’s offensive linemen.
The fact that they fly under the radar isn’t a bad thing — it means they are doing a pretty good job of keeping QB Henry Burris on his feet — and it’s not like they’re begging for the headlines.
Each week, Jon Gott, Nolan MacMillan, J’Micheal Deane, SirVincent Rogers and Colin Kelly do their job and they do it pretty well.
Kelly joined the RedBlacks in 2014 after spending a year on injured reserve (with a knee injury) with the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs.
