‘Ottawa’ Reckless, Gun-Toting Motorcycle Driver Sought by Police
The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the public’s help to identify a motorcyclist engaging in reckless behaviour on several roadways within the nation’s capital, including allegedly toting a handgun and pointing it at other vehicles.
The motorcycle has been seen mostly in the west end of Ottawa. The most recent sighting was in the Dwyer Hill Road and Highway 7 area near Beckwith around 9:40 a.m. on Thursday morning.
Police are looking for the driver of a Red Honda CBR. There is no suspect description, except for the black helmet the driver has worn. According to police, the license plate on the bike has either been missing from the motorcycle or has been found to be a fake.
Police are asking anyone who may spot the driver to avoid any type of confrontation and to immediately call 911.
