‘Ottawa’ Police Seek Assistance Finding Rideau Centre Break-in Suspect
Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in tracking down a suspect in four break-and-enters at the Rideau Centre.
Three of the break-ins occurred July 17 between 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The fourth occurred July 20 between midnight and 1 a.m.
The suspect is described as a pale caucasian, 25 to 35 years old. He is about five-feet-10-inches (177 cm) tall, weighs about 155 pounds (70 kg), and has short black hair, parted on the left and receding in the front. His head was shaved on the sides and the suspect had a thin black goatee.
In the July 17 cases, the suspect wore a red T-shirt with a black print or design on the front, dark pants rolled up to mid-calf, and light grey runners. He carried a small grey backpack with black straps.
On July 20th, the suspect wore long-sleeve light grey shirt with a blue T-shirt (with the logo “EST 1978” on the front) on top. The suspect also wore dark blue jeans and light grey shoes. and appeared to be clean-shaven.
